The winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries. Entries may be collected from multiple properties during open house or property showings during the entry period. All eligible entries received from all participating properties will be combined into a single drawing. The drawing will take place after the entry deadline in December 2025. The winner will be notified by text message and email. The winner must claim the prize within 10 days of notification, or the prize may be forfeited.
